I purchased the adjustable dumbells stand for my 90 lb flexbell adjustable dumbells. The product is great! The team is great! Customer service outstanding! And the price is unbeatable!!! I had questions about dimensions and they physically went and sent me pictures of the product and the measurements I requested. Not only did they answer my questions they made sure I was happy with the answers I was given they were attentive and quick to respond. We exchanged a few messages and I never felt I was unheard or being pushed aside. I've never felt so happy or satisfied with an interaction that I felt it necessary to leave a review but with this team I need to shout it from the roof tops!!

Good quality equipment at affordable prices. The owner described to me that they create their own designs based on Rogue equipment and then manufacture and import from China. I ordered a whole home gym earlier this year, including: Power rack, barbell, bumper plates, rubber flooring, clips, adjustable bench, adjustable dumbbells. Overall the quality of the equipment is very nice. Good powder coating, nice quality welding, great knurling. There are a couple issues I had though: One of the J-Cups fits too tightly and scratches the rack when I move it to a different peg, my bench was missing a thread to put the screw in on the back pad, my adjustable dumbbell is missing a small plastic piece on the top, my power rack didn’t come with a manual and the box was heavily damaged. These are minor issues that are to be expected with a new company, and the owner was quick to respond and correct the issues I described. I really appreciated the option for local pickup in Oakville to save on shipping. I was easily able to fit everything in a cargo van. One suggestion I would have is to create assembly videos for all of the equipment. It would really help out with the setup experience.

The service was great and the equipment is high quality. Got the adjustable workout bench a few months ago and it has been great. Will definatley be back for more to complete my home gym.

FIOs products remind me of the OG cast iron kettlebells. Solid and effective with no frills. If you take hitting PRs more seriously than the colour of your lifting shoes, this is the company for you. I bought the Power Package but they were totally happy to make substitutions to meet my specific needs. The rack is sturdier than the Rogue one at my work gym, and has stood up well to over a month of abuse with weights up to 365lbs (will have higher data points soon 😀), with only minor wear to the rubber in the J-hooks and some minor scuffing to the powder coat. The wheels on the adjustable bench are a little small, so you have to tilt it quite a bit to move it, and the safety rails can be slightly fidgety to move... but if that's allI have to complain about at their price point, I'd buy it 10x over. They save costs by cutting unnecessary frills and warehouse direct sales. Customer service has been fantastic with lots of help to figure out my exact needs, plus post sale follow up. I've even seen they help people with installation when needed.

Just want to give a shout out to Fit It Out for an awesome experience when purchasing their product. They were very accommodating when it came to my small time frame of availability and they were extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. The product I purchased from them was the Hex/Trap Bar. Great product and will get lots of use. I also had the chance to use the 25lb bumper plates and they are well made and stand up to the use. Overall awesome experience and would definitely purchase from them again.

After struggling to find good quality, prices and service locally in Ottawa, we were fortunate to be referred to Fit It Out by a friend who had a great experience. I bought the garage setup package with folding rack, extra bumper plates and adjustable dumbbells.
