Refunds
Returns are accepted if the product is defective out of the box. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are accepted for unused items in original packaging within 7 days of receiving. Return shipping to be paid by customer.

Exchanges (Damages and Issues)
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@fititout.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Once we have received your concerns, we will contact you to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Products that come with a warranty will be labeled as such and we will work with you to ensure that once the product is deemed exchangeable by Fit It Out, you will get another product that will replace the original one.
